Sagamore Hotel South Beach - An All Suite Hotel

Our stay at the Sagamore Hotel South Beach was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed in room 309 and were immediately impressed by how spacious, bright, and impeccably clean the suite was. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the team made it effortless — they provided a crib and all the essentials, ensuring our family was completely comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless. Carlito at the front entrance deserves special recognition — his warm welcome set the tone for our stay. He was always available to assist with our stroller and made sure we knew about every amenity the hotel offers. The pool area was pristine and inviting, with an atmosphere that felt both relaxing and sophisticated. Baba’s Beach Lounge by the pool is a true hidden gem — the cocktails were incredible thanks to Mickey, Vito, and Irina, and manager Shawn’s attention to detail made everything run flawlessly. The private beach area was equally impressive — clean sand, comfortable loungers, and excellent service that made our days by the ocean unforgettable. This property perfectly blends luxury and family-friendliness. We will absolutely be returning to the Sagamore Hotel on our next trip to Miami.

I had a great stay at The Sagamore Hotel in Miami Beach. The rooms are very spacious and the balcony is wonderful for relaxing. The service throughout the hotel was excellent and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool area is pleasant and not overcrowded, which makes it easy to enjoy and easy to find a spot. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. The beach area is great, with comfortable lounge chairs available for hotel guests. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Lincoln Road, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sagamore Hotel. What really stood out was the staff. Genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive, and that makes a huge difference. One of the best features is the direct back access to the beach. Being able to walk straight out to the ocean without crossing busy streets is a big plus and adds real value to the stay. The outdoor pool area is another highlight. Spacious, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a beach day. Great location, great amenities, and outstanding staff. The Sagamore strikes a perfect balance between relaxed and upscale, and we’d happily stay here again.

Had a great pool day here at the sagamore. Requested a pool day pass at the front desk and was able to use the pool for a day. The pool was nice and gets progressively deeper up to 5 feet. There was good music that was not too loud. Staff was around to grab drinks and food. There were also plenty of towels, beach chairs and sunscreen available for use.

Best experience I’ve had. Everyone here is very helpful especially Melody. Super sweet and very attentive. Always made sure we were enjoying our stay and she even gave us dinner recommendations. I loved my experience here and I would definitely come back again.

We only had a one day layover after our cruise, but we loved every minute of our stay at the Sagamore. The room was clean and had a cool view of the beautiful strip. The pool and beach access was amazing & staff was super-friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed, helped with our pool umbrella and remembered our preferences, and offered the best recommendations. The attention to detail and perfect timing throughout the meal showed genuine care and professionalism. Beyond the excellent service, Warren’s warmth and personality made the experience stand out. It felt like being looked after by someone who truly enjoys what they do. We left not only impressed by the hotel but also grateful for the kindness and care we received. We’ll definitely return.
